APPEARANCE
An extremely stylish Omnic who's always seen wearing a suit. (Probably worth more than most people's salaries). Unlike other Omnics he's had numerous upgrades done to his appearance: from having metallic hair, to actual movable eyes, and gold plating many of his robotic joints. Anything that will elevate him above the rest of the rabble and command respect from anyone who may look down on him as just any other metal robot.
He's very slender, made up of thin anodized metal tubing and pistons mostly hidden under the suit giving him an appearance of being fragile. However; being made of metal he's extremely durable and it would take a lot to damage him. Though he will be extremely aggravated at the barest scuff of his carefully polished exterior.

PERSONALITY
Max is an extremely composed and calculated individual. Everything he says is carefully chosen to not give anything away personally, and to hopefully gather information about the other person. He speaks in a very soft, modulated voice that's just the right tone to get under people's skin.
All he cares about is himself, and the power and prestige he's managed to achieve. Omnic's are barely regarded as living things in his world - and his main goal is to not just be the best of them, but to force everyone to realize he's better than the humans as well. If he has to manipulate everyone in existence to get there - so be it.
While the Overwatch team thinks of him as being 'soft', and therefore someone they can get information out of. He really just has an extremely high sense of self preservation and will sell out anyone to help himself. He doesn't care - his only concern is for his own well being. That said, he's also reticent and private unless there's a reason to be forthcoming with information. He'd honor a deal with Overwatch (if it was in his favor) equally as one with Talon an organization where he sits in the inner council. His only loyalty is to himself.
However; underneath all this he does in fact have emotions and desires outside of just being the richest person on the planet. He ignores them for the most part, but they can come out occasionally.And get him punched through a wall like whatever it is he refuses to do for Doomfist in Overwatch 2.

Ambitious to the Point of Obsession
Always trying to get further ahead and accumulate more power and respect. Owns a distillery for rum he can't drink, a casino even though omnics aren't allowed to gamble, and a port where he can't go in the water - all in furtherance of a single-minded goal of always getting more.
