Powers/Abilities:
Surge: Omnics are able to emit strong electric charges as a weapon/defense. This will use a lot of his power so he wouldn't do this often.
Omnic: He's a robot so standard robotic things apply: he's heavy, vulnerable to emps, if he falls in water he'll fry, he can't be 'hurt' via normal human means - though he does feel pain. (Also he's not magnetic so no sticking travel postcards to him with colorful magnets, alas)
Coin Walk: He can do this, which is honestly kind of impressive given his fingers are metal.
Inventory: Extremely expensive suit and shoes. Wallet, watch, fancy future tablet that can project holograms. A yellow $1,000 poker chip from his casino.
Job History:
Pre-Omnic Crisis: He was an accountant. He's extremely good with numbers, investments, budgets, and also the less savory things like cooking the books, insider trading, and underhanded deals. Is he also embezzling? Why of course not. He's an omnic, built to serve.He absolutely is.
Post-Omnic Crisis: He owns several businesses including the Monaco Casino, Don Rumbotico Distillery, and the port of Havana. He's extremely wealthy because of this - and also always on the lookout to expand that wealth by buying up more and more things. He's a shrewd and cutthroat businessman who will destroy anyone who gets in his way and has the power and resources to back up his threats. He's an excellent negotiator and always has 10 different plans going at once.
He also sits on Talon's inner council. They're a terrorist organization trying to take over the world and basically view him as a glorified piggy bank to fund their operations. He's part of this only because of the prestige and power it grants him. He couldn't care less about their motives so long as it benefits him.
Suppressions:
- Anything he does that makes him seem like a submissive, obedient robot - He's sentient with free will, but there's still an aspect of 'programming' that he fights against constantly. He's usually successful.
- Caring/Having emotions - He actually does have them! He just tries to ignore them completely to be as ruthless as possible in order to get ahead. But sometimes he does succumb to them.
- Weakness - He pretends to be so tough and commanding, and he is when he has the full force of his power behind him. But singled out and alone without any leverage he's nothing.
Greatest Fear: Being helpless/powerless. Being controlled.
Greatest Desire: Being above everyone else and commanding respect.
Greatest Regret: He mostly regrets not being more aggressive pre-omnic crisis when robots like him were treated as servants. He should have started his criminal empire then and he'd be even richer now. (Real Talk: In the trailers for Overwatch 2 there's something he refuses to do and then it gets forced anyway so if OW2 story mode ever comes out I'll add that in here)
